Batch Systems

Batch Systems for Industrial Use

The most cost-efficient entry into the finishing market is with a batch system. These batch systems typically use no overhead conveyance, but parts are moved via carts or with a forklift. Occasionally an overhead monorail or manual pull conveyor ties these pieces of equipment together. Typically made up of a wash bay, a coating booth and an oven the three pieces of equipment work together to complete the process. Our batch systems use our Kontainment Station and either an Advantage Oven or a Premier Oven. We work with all major coating booth providers and will incorporate their solution in the final turn-key solution for your needs.
